Accommodation review: Villa Sonata Phuket

Things I learnt from staying here:
1) As I get older, I really appreciate the value of quiet. Of finding a space that eliminates white noise. I’m grateful for @villa_sonataphuket for providing that. .

2) The more I pursue my mission on this planet, the less comfortable I am supporting business that aren’t in some way giving back to a community, charity, sustainable practise or worthwhile cause.
I see now that there are so many places that are actively giving back… and no matter how beautiful a surrounding is, nothing can make you feel as good as choosing to consciously consume and support things that can actually lead to a better world. 🌎 #sammyssoulisevolving #mymissionisbecomingclear 💌

✅quiet, private, secluded, restful and rejunivating
❌ Not really any particular atmosphere or vibes to the place. Would suit people who value the quiet and are pretty self sufficient

“Attempted luxury”
✅beautifully decorated
✅Private pool in villa
✅Again… quiet!
✅Two story and spacious
❌ In true Thai style, bathrooms were at times odourful! Gotta love Thai sewerage 🙂

DOWNFALL:
As I said, as I grow into myself, my biggest realisation is that there are so many places giving back in the world, I get less and less excited about staying at places that aren’t. I feel like each time I do I make a statement to the universe that says ” I choose to be passive” .
That choice doesn’t serve me anymore. ❤️
