What an absolute privilege to be asked to #abseilforyouth today as part of the @sirdavidmartinfoundation ‘s fundraising for youth’s with drug and alcohol addictions. 🙏🏼

As many of you know this is an issue that’s very close to my heart and one I am incredibly passionate about.
.
I believe children use drugs and alcohol as a way to escape their life, their pain and their inner demons ( I know I did) and I think society should treat them with love and compassion instead of judgment and condemnation.
.
So a huge thank you again for allowing me to get my heart pumping in the most amazing of ways. .
Ps. I just went HEAD FIRST whilst abseiling 33 stories down a Sydney skyscraper!!!
